Checking The Educational Background Of High School Grads

Employers who feel that only those companies who are seeking applicants with college degrees should be the ones doing pre-employment screenings are very wrong regarding falsified information on resumes and need to think again. Yes, there are resumes of those with college degrees which augment or flat out lie on the educational experience of the applicant but those which did not finish high school are even more apt to lie. Studies have shown that many high school drop-outs put they either graduated or have their GED on their applications and this can cause problems for employers who want those with a minimum of a high school diploma to work within their company.
