Many employers have been conducting drug testing on their applicants for years to protect their business and other employees from potential abusers of illegal or even prescription drugs. But many applicants were aware of ways to cheat these tests and pass them despite the fact they did partake in drug use. Now the drug tests are almost foolproof and a perfect addition to any pre-employment screening process to ensure that employers hire the best applicant for the position available. Modern drug tests are much more sensitive than they once were and are capable of detecting diluters and masks which try and cover up the drug use by the applicant.
