Interviews Are No Longer The Best Way To Screen Applicants

Traditionally interviews were the standard way to conduct pre-employment screenings on applicants. These interviews combined with a resume presenting qualifying experience were enough for most employers to decide which applicant was best suited for the job. Unfortunately more applicants are falsifying their resumes and these are also the absolute best presenters of themselves in the interview process. This leads to many hiring of applicants who are not really qualified for the position available. Now employers need to conduct pre-employment screenings, which utilize complete checks of educational backgrounds, criminal backgrounds, and so much more. This way employers know they are getting the person that is absolutely right for the job.
