Keeping Criminal Background Checks Confidential
Many companies who conduct pre-employment screenings on applicants struggle with making sure employees have their personal rights and it is important to them that each individual is covered by confidentiality. The information found in criminal background checks on an applicant may not be important in regards to employment but every employer has the responsibility to keep this information private whether they choose to hire this candidate or not. The personal reputation to many people is something that is extremely important and things that are in their past needs to be kept there privately if they so choose to keep them that way.
