Educational Background On Applicants

The numbers are startling on just how many applicants claim to have degrees and educational backgrounds that in reality they do not have. Some of these applicants are purposely creating these false resumes in order to get the job. While others may only be missing a class or two in the degree requirements and feel that since they are so close it is okay to say they have the degree. Either way this applicant is probably not the right person for the job and employers need to conduct thorough pre-employment screenings to make sure the person they hire is fully qualified to handle the position available.
