Using Pre-employment Screening to Hire Those Who Are Truly Qualified
Recently more than half of the employers who were questioned on a survey from Career Builder claimed they found a lie on an applicant’s resume. The number of applicants who are misleading their potential employers is increasing more and more to become a large problem for employers who are trying to fill positions with the most qualified applicant. To counteract this more employers are conducting pre-employment screenings on their potential hires to ensure they hire right the first time. Getting the right candidate for the job can save a business lots of money while hiring someone who misrepresents themselves will only waste unnecessary funds.
