Hiring the Right Applicant for the Job

A recent study has shown that graduates from what many might feel are lesser colleges and universities are more likely to embellish items on their resume than those who graduated from a larger more respected school. These students who embellish their credentials feel they need to boost themselves up to look as good on paper as those who came from more established institutions. Of course if your company conducts pre-employment screenings on applicants than these little embellishments will come out during the process of verifying the accomplishments of the applicant. This will give employers the needed information to ensure they hire the most qualified candidate for the job no matter what school they graduated from.
