Social Networking & Pre-Employment Screenings
Social networking is a huge thing for young adults right now, but many do not realize that what they post on their personal pages on these sites are being seen by potential employers and even colleges. Any information on the internet does get discovered in routine background checks and this includes fun personal stuff. Many of today’s teens do not realize the party pictures and things being entered into their blogs can and will be used by companies when pre-employment screenings are done during the hiring process. Do not jeopardize your future by putting potentially negative things about yourself on your social networking pages.
