Use of Pre-Employment Screenings on the Rise

More and more companies are concerned with the kind of person they are considering for employment than in years past. This increase of use of pre-employment screening plays a varying role from business to business in the hiring process but the results do have at least a small impact on who is hired. Many companies do not want to see any discrepancy in a resume or criminal background check, while other companies are willing to give a little more leeway in this when they make their final choice. Either way for applicants it should be a reminder that at all times to remain totally accurate on their resume and to make sure they leave past jobs on a good standing.
