When a Resume is Just Not Enough
As an employer I am sure that on more than one occasion you hired an applicant based on a shining resume, which made them seem like the perfect person for the position you were hiring for. Only to find out a little down the road that this person was not exactly who they said they were. Of course we all the hear stories of disgruntled employees who go to tragic measures, but what about the little ones that go under the radar, the ones a proper pre-employment screening would help you to uncover. Doing a background check on all applicants you are considering for hire will potentially save you from lots of headaches down the road including incomplete assignments from the lack of needed skills and potential theft of company assets. Protect yourself and check more than the resume of the next employee you hire for your business.
