Verifying Resume Information

Recent studies have shown that resume fraud is continuing to be on the rise despite more and more employers running pre-employment screenings on job applicants. More than two out of three applicants have inaccuracies on their resumes which can mislead you into believing this person is right for the position in which you are hiring. This may not necessarily mean that this individual will not do a good job for you. But wouldn’t you rather base your hiring on accurate resume information? The only way to be 100% sure is with a thorough background check including social security number verification, license and credential checks, and employment history verification.
